For £100 a month, we keep your site working hard for you. Quarterly content refreshes aligned with your financial year. Regulatory updates as the rules change — MTD, Basis Period Reform, whatever's next. New partners added. New services launched. An annual visual refresh so the site ages with intent, not by accident.

You pay £500 once. We rebuild your site, get your sign-off, and put it live on your domain. The retainer is optional and month-to-month — though most firms keep it, because the alternative is the website ageing the same way it did last time.

The things worth knowing before you submit.
Do we own the site once it's live?
Yes. The domain stays in your name. The deployed files are yours. The content is yours. We hold no DNS hostage and we don't tie you in. If you cancel the retainer, you keep the site exactly as it is — we just stop maintaining it.
What happens if we don't like the preview?
Nothing. The £500 is only charged when you sign off and we deploy to your domain. The preview lives on our infrastructure — if you don't say yes, we tear it down and you owe us nothing. No follow-up emails, no chasing.
Where does our data live?
Inside the UK / EU on Cloudflare's network. Your firm's data — partner bios, services, contact info — is published on your site, same as today. The form submission you'd send us lives on our infrastructure only as long as we need it to build your preview. We are the data controller for that submission; details on the privacy page.
What's NOT included?
Bookkeeping integrations, client portals, secure document exchange, and any service that needs a backend per-firm — those are specialist tools, not website work. We'll happily link out to whatever you already use. Marketing strategy, SEO consulting, ad campaigns, and paid social are also out of scope — we build the site, not the marketing.
Will you migrate our email and DNS?
We'll point your domain's web (A / AAAA / CNAME) records at the new site. Email records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are left exactly as we find them. If your email is on the same provider as the old site, nothing changes; if you want help moving providers, that's a separate engagement.
When are we billed?
Once on go-live — after you've reviewed the preview and signed off. The £100 retainer starts the day the new site goes live and is month-to-month: no annual contract, no minimum term, cancel any time. There's no setup fee, no deposit, no proposal-stage cost.
